Refund Policy
All sales of cannabis and cannabis-derived products are final in accordance with the regulations of The Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Control Act of Manitoba.
In the event that a cannabis or cannabis-derived product is recalled by Health Canada, Big Buds Cannabis Sales will contact affected customers with instructions regarding the return process. Recalled products must remain in their original packaging.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on cannabis products or smoking accessories. All sales are final.
If there is an issue with your order, please email bigbudscontact@gmail.com using the email address associated with your order and include your order number in the subject line.
Please do not place orders if you are outside Manitoba. Manitoba licensed cannabis retailers are not permitted to ship cannabis products outside the province. If an order is placed and later requested to be shipped outside Manitoba, the order may be held for up to 30 days for in-store pickup and then destroyed if not collected within that time. No refund will be issued in these situations. Government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for purchase may be required for pickup.
We do not respond to order inquiries submitted through social media or contact forms because we are unable to verify customer identity through those channels.
