What does age-restricted mean?

In Manitoba, you must be 19 years or older to enter a licensed cannabis retailer or purchase cannabis products online.

Valid government-issued photo identification may be required both in-store and for online order pickups.

What forms of ID are accepted?

Accepted identification includes:

  • Driver’s License

  • Manitoba Identification Card

  • Passport

  • Secure Certificate of Indian Status

Two pieces of valid government-issued ID may also be accepted, with at least one containing a photo.

Do you offer online ordering?

Yes. Customers can browse products and place pickup orders online through our menu.

Orders placed online and left unpaid are generally held for up to 48 hours.

What payment methods do you accept?

In-store payment methods include:

Online payment availability may vary depending on the ordering platform.

We do not accept:

  • Cheques

  • E-transfers

  • Cryptocurrency

Do you offer delivery or shipping?

Currently, customers should contact the store directly or review the online ordering system for the latest pickup and delivery availability.

All cannabis sales and deliveries must comply with Manitoba cannabis laws.

Can you ship outside Manitoba?

No. Cannabis products cannot legally be shipped outside Manitoba by licensed Manitoba cannabis retailers.

What happens if I enter the wrong address?

Please carefully verify all order details before completing checkout.

If there is an issue with your order information, contact the store immediately using the email address associated with your order.

How are orders packaged?

Orders are packaged discreetly with no obvious references to cannabis products on the exterior packaging.

What if an item is missing or damaged?

If there is an issue with your order, contact Big Buds Cannabis Sales as soon as possible using the email address associated with your purchase.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of damaged items (if applicable)

  • Photos of packaging (if applicable)

What is your return and refund policy?

All cannabis product sales are final in accordance with Manitoba regulations.

No returns or refunds are offered on cannabis products unless required by law or manufacturer recall.

Accessory returns may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or prepared.

Do you sell cannabis seeds?

Availability may vary. Please check the online menu or contact the store directly for current inventory.

What is the legal possession limit in Manitoba?

Adults aged 19+ may possess up to 30 grams of dried cannabis or equivalent in public.

Your cart may automatically restrict purchases exceeding Manitoba’s legal limits.

Can I consume cannabis in public in Manitoba?

No. Manitoba law prohibits smoking or vaping cannabis in most public places.

Cannabis consumption is generally limited to private residences where permitted.

Do you offer consultations or help for new users?

Yes. Our staff is happy to help guide customers through products, consumption methods, THC/CBD strengths, and accessory recommendations.

We welcome both beginners and experienced consumers.
